    BBC shoving all the marquee names on the afternoons Monday/Tuesday, evening sessions look very poor on those days in comparison to the afternoons. Wouldnt be happy if I was a ticket holder just for the evening (and paid more for that privilege, for that matter).

    Bradley you wouldnt be happy if they gave you a free ticket for the week, the penthouse room, free food and beer for the week and a night with Anastasia :D

    Have we heard anything about commentators this year ? I am guessing same as last year. Jim Proudfoot turned out to be very good. Can't say i am a fan of Vassos too much

    My point remains though. No issue with the better matches being in the afternoon if that what they want (they do it with the snooker by giving Ronnie O the afternoon slots), just dont charge more for the crappier sessions at night :D

    Dunno about commentators. Vassos is rubbish, Green is rubbish too and should be pensioned off.

    Supply and demand though isnt it ? More people will be available in an evening so tickets can be dearer. Prices for the week and the packages are very good. As I always say, a day at the darts is so much cheaper than a couple of hours at a football game.

    Well, looking at those games, especially the ones in bold, it will be the first time ever that I'm backing/supporting someone call David Cameron.......

    Highly irritating more like.
    No sign of Bobby George there though which should make things more bearable.

    To be honest though will be ready for another week of quality darts after a couple of days break.
    Shame I will miss the afternon sessions - especially a potential clash between O'Shea and Adams if the bearded wonder can knock out the PM on Saturday afternoon.
    James Wilson seems to be very highly rated and seems to have come out of the blue.
    Do you know much about him Darren?

    Ah sorry I think Bobby is there too, I only mentioned the ones we were unsure on. I really like Colin Murray, he is quirky

    Jamie Wilson was runner up in the World Masters last year ( 2013 ) but also won the Zuiderduin Masters towards the end of the year. He has had a great year on the floor to rise up the rankings. Gave Bunting a good run for his money last year in the 1st round.

    And like Shades, I have backed him too

    TV SCHEDULE
    SAT=230-430 BBC1
    SAT=430-530 BBC2

    SUN=100-500 BBC2

    MON TO FRI=100-415 BBC2

    The weekend ones coming up they start before then so will be behind red button until they catch up i guess.
    All evening sessions are behind the red button.

    I'm cheering for Scottie Waite after meeting him at the weekend. He did a tour round the pubs of Otley (West Yorkshire) in aid of Help 4 Heroes and was a thouroughly nice bloke. We got our photos taken with both him and the Trophy.

    Murray's one of those presenters who polarises opinions it seems. It also reminds me of one of my favourite posts from the football forum of last year:

    "Mourinho's a marmite character - you either love him or hate him. Personally, I don't mind the bloke"

    Yeah he is a regular guy isn't he ? Very likeable

    Ha brilliant. Personally I do like Murray as he isn't a clone of so many presenters. He is a breath of fresh air and not afraid to have a laugh

    I agree on Murray. I used to like MOTD2 when he presented it. It was such a good change from the old boys club of MOTD.

    You know the standard of darts has slipped in the BDO when you see the Prime Minster has entered the competition!

    So finally we have live weekday afternoon session darts at the BDO on BBC2 to look forward to.

    Everything played during a weekday night meant you had to wait until the following afternoon before you could watch full coverage of any match which was complete nonsense.
