About two years Kimi - and forever if I want to keep my weight down.:( I'm not a fan of butter, oils etc but I do love a bit of cheese. Too much oily food makes me sick too - despite liking the taste. But ATM I'm on those Xenical tablets too, so I daren't touch a even a sneaky bit.

Anyhow, it's homemade pasta bake with tomato sauce ( again homemade as I know what's in it). My daughter's calling in so both her & hubby will have prawn & salmon pasta bake - with petit pois.

We are lucky here in Britain tho' as we have a great choice of fat free foods, Quorn etc.

I live on veg when we're in Turkey - beautiful veg but it's seasonal & I wanted an orange & fresh finger one day - none around.
I did manage to take a sealed bag of frozen Quorn in my main suitcase which was still frozen when we got there & Mother in Law had put our fridge freezer on a few days earlier - it made all the difference being able to have Quorn with their beautiful veg.
:( I'm really lucky that I really like vegetables and lentils and stuff, too. Except celery!

Do you know I can't buy celery out there! Celeriac, yes but no celery!

As you say thank goodness for lentils & veg!
My veggie daughter loathes lentils?!

Anyhow, cod with pasta bake for hubby & steamed broccoli - maybe pasta & broccoli for me - I've got a cold, hardly ever get one - but always after flying! plus my flu jab probably hasn't helped.
