Android App to block phonecalls during gameplay?

Is there an app that will automatically block the phone from recieving phonecalls while im playing a game?
I know I can go into airplane mode but I dont always remember and it would be handy if an app did it automatically.
i did a quick search of the play store but nothing jumped out at me, im pretty useless with search terms lol.
I was just about to beat my highscore when i get a phonecall from my mum asking if my brother liked f-ing scampi fries!!!!!

might require root though.
you could set rules to stop calls coming in when certain apps are running....
I use Llama, which is a bit less powerful, but free.

It's more for changing proifile in different locations (e.g home, work, cinema) but there are other bits you can do with it. Having a quick skim of the conditions and actions, it will let you trigger airplane mode when certain apps are running, then cancel it when the app stops.
