    i belive he will step down before the referendium,and the next pm will refuse it,differerent leader different policies

    He might not get the chance to serve a full term when the referendum debate reignites old squabbles within his own party. I predict another election by May 2018.

    If they pass EVEL, they'll have a 100+ majority for English legislation and an 80+ majority for English/Welsh legislation.
