I'd keep David, Alesha and Simon and have a new female to replace Amanda. A few suggestions could be:
Dawn French
Sharon Osbourne
Miranda Hart
Kimberley Wyatt
Michelle Keegan
Not necessarily who I personally would like but the kind of people who I could see doing it (I've only listed Miranda as her and David are good friends).

I'd replace both Amanda & Alesha with Dawn & Michelle
Me neither, what has she done to deserve a place, shes a soap actress (like Amanda Holden) and no one seems to see why Amandas deserves a place so why would Michelle
Michelle Keegan is worth mentioning as she'd fill the actress role left by Amanda and is the kind of person Cowell often goes for (young, attractive, gets the the tabloids talking). It'd be a bit like when he signed Cheryl for X Factor.

Simon Cowell
Katherine Jenkins (they have so many "classical" acts, it make sense to have a populist judge that represents them)
Chris Moyles (he's done a bit of singing and acting, and still has a very active fanbase)
Catherine Tate (I'd like a funny woman on the panel, and she seems to be well known/ low-rent enough to do it)

I like the judging panel as it is, but if we do get some changes, I'd like to see Paul O'Grady on the panel. I'm not sure how likely that is to happen, but I think he'd be great on a show like BGT.

I'd replace both Amanda & Alesha with Dawn & Michelle
Simon Cowell
Alesha Dixon
Kimberley Walsh
Tom Ellis
*if Alesha moves to xfactor add Michelle Keagan or Dawn French to the line up

I just think Amanda is getting tired after all these years and a freshen up is needed, not that Amanda is awful, just time to leave imo
ronan keating/ali cambell
dawn french
vannessa mae
james jordan/wayne sleet (or another male dancer)
Judges from different backgrounds but not star names (although everyone knows dawn french) so that it can focus more on the contestants
Why not samatha womack after all she turn down the job before alesha had it
Simon Cowell
Amanda Holden
Dawn French
Jason Gardiner
It'd mean that there were a couple of really strict judges who can also have a laugh and not put all the novelty acts through.
Who I Think
Simon Cowell
Amanda Holden
David Walliams
Sara Cox
Michelle is more relevant?
Jason would be perfect imo he knows his dancing and he wont lie to a act if they aint good
And he would replace Alesha as the dance known judge.
Katherine Jenkins (they have so many "classical" acts, it make sense to have a populist judge that represents them)
Chris Moyles (he's done a bit of singing and acting, and still has a very active fanbase)
Catherine Tate (I'd like a funny woman on the panel, and she seems to be well known/ low-rent enough to do it)
David Walliams
Alesha Dixon
then Simon or Amanda
I think simon might return to either american idol or join america got talent so the americans do not forget him
I'd adore Catherine!
I like this idea.
