Who is the radiant news presenter for the London news this afternoon?

Monday is my day off, so I never get to see the news usually.

    Ah yes, the BBC 1 afternoon news. Brunette, not Alice Bhandhukravi (also lovely) or Riz Latif.

    Assuming you mean BBC London News I've just had a look on iplayer, didn't recognise her, caught her first name as Alice when she introduced herself but couldn't make out her surname.

    Yes, Alice Salfield.

    When Victoria Hollins and Katherine Carpenter come back from maternity leave there is going to be a surfeit of newsreaders.

    Something quite nice about both the London Alice's (and I'm not talking about fancying- I'm getting a bit old to fancy newsreaders who are young enough to be my daughters)

    The Hurrellcane could well be back tonight. She did a report at the end of last week.
