Off the Hook's quite good- it's not as rude due to being pre-watershed but it's about some uni freshers and features the bloke who plays Jay in the Inbetweeners. We're only one episode in so you can catch up on iPlayer!

My telly schedule would be made up of Shameless and The Inbetweeners and HIGNFY.

Peep Show is nothing like the inbetweeners.

i can't think of anything quite like the inbetweeners, thats why it's good.

If you like Inbetweeners and stuff like Two Pints of Lager, then you should like a series called Coming of Age on BBC3

I can't believe you're lumping the Inbetweeners in with that heap of shit! Inbetweeners in far superior in every way.

    I completely disagree.

Only series one is brilliant. By the second you could see the gaps showing as Peter Kay used up his thin amount of jokes.

You might want to check out "Coupling". Similar...ish, but based on thirtysomethings.

I'd say that Teachers is very similar and not just because of the setting. IMO it is also far superior.

Coming of Age is absolute shite IMO, I don't think it should be mentioned in the same sentence lol. Off the Hook is sort of comparable but not quite the same.

One more if the OP is still looking at this thread. "How Not To Live Your Life" now on BBC3 is Inbetweeners-like, i.e. rude, crude & funny - rare for BBC3.

Coupling was cringe-inducingly unfunny in my humble opinion.

Sigh... I forgot about Teachers. Quality, not counting the dire final series of course.

Teachers is brilliant. Fortunately, although I can't remember why, I've never seen series 4. I hear that's a good thing. :)

How Not To Live Your Life. Only just caught up on series 1 when it was repeated. Series 2 is really good. Can't wait for next week's episode with Julian Barratt.

    Definitely Teachers.

American-wise, Big Bang Theory had had me laughing out loud recently too (also about social outcasts, but in a different setting).
