Can't receive ITV or C4 from Sutton Coldfield

I have a Philips digital LCD TV and it seems to have lost several channels including these two via Digital. They're still available on the Analogue setting.

Can anyone offer any help please ?

I've just run the setup routine again and 1, 2 and 5 come up but not 3 and 4.
