If someone makes it to the lives, how long do they have to keep the secret?

Must be a pretty tough secret to keep.. or does it leak easily?

Same goes with getting to judges houses etc.

Well they are supposed to keep it a secret until the episode airs, but it does leak sometimes, I tend to not look at them though.
