Still, it cheered me up.
Doctor Who's Billie Piper, who plays the Time Lord's sidekick Rose Tyler, accepted the award for best drama series on stage with a dalek.
Well of course they'd win it! There's no other drama series with daleks in it!

there are ways of getting around that and there were websites actively encouraging that....listen i am happy it won best drama.

I would think the award was based on the episodes he was in not DT
It's as though he never exsisted
perhaps Chris declined the invitation to attend or he was busy filming.
CE never goes to awards ceremonies he missed all of them last year even when he was named best actor at the National Television awards Russel T Davies picked it up on his behalf.
