updates on windows 7 fail

i cant do any updates i just get a message "error code 80070308" can anyone help? thanks

    Do you mean the Microsoft Fixit?

    Which updates is it stuck trying to install? If its the .net framework ones then you could always uninstall .net framework 4 (via programs and features), reboot, then install .net 4.5.1 from here

    kb2887069 has been causing no end of problems and really should have been recalled by Microsoft. Try unticking this one and see if the others go on ok. You can also try googling the kb numbers and download the updates directly off the microsoft website to see if any of the stuck ones will go on when you run them manually.
