Help with TV Drive Reset

Does anybody know how to reset the tv drive box to sd setting, without going into the tv drive menu screen.
I seem to remember a procedure being posted on here some time ago but i have done a search and cant find it.
It reads something like press and hold reset whilst holding play button and an option appears on the display on the box enableing the box to be set form hd output to sd output.

Reset whilst holding play and stop. Displays 'output'. Use FF and RW to toggle between SD,HDMI and component. Hit OK on the one you want and reset again.
