I think men generally get a raw deal when it comes to their kids. Had Kirsty taken Ruby people would just say she's with the mother and would term it parenting.
And 99 times out of 100 the kid automatically goes to the mother. Dad's should demand equal treatment! Fair play Corrie for raising this issue.
Nobody likes a squealer mo, one who blabs & spills the beans, while singing like a canary.
Stool pigeon Fiz had better watch her back.
We don't do that where I come from. Fiz will soon be turning Queen's in the dock looking for a suspended whilst Dobbs will get a fourpenny stretch. She'll give dates, times, names, faces.

Louise I agree with you 100%. Like i said to CAFCASS a few years ago it takes two people to make a baby and a father can be as good a parent as the mother if not better sometimes.
Yeah I don't think father's get a fair deal. It usually just automatically goes to the mother.
Not saying that it shouldn't go to the mother as the mother has rights too and is obviously important but father's should have more of a fair chance of getting custody.
I think the Police went a bit OTT arresting Tyrone. He was quietly standing there after he gently handed over Ruby and they jumped on him as though he was a Kung Foo Fighter about to flatten them all.

yeah that bit made me chuckle, it was like he had just handed over a gun not a baby
On balance Fizz did the right thing for her and her baby Hope. Ruby is Tyrones problem and if he was planning on chucking some dosh at random bod with a boat to cross to Ireland in the winter ... well it was all a fantasy. Anyway plot wise it had already been done with Lizz and the irish guy.
The police woman clearly mentioned a televised appeal, what do you expect when a child is abducted?
It is a parental custody dispute in effect so would likely not make the news. The argument here is that the police must assume that Ruby is somehow in danger due to the trouble Tyrone is in but even then it would probably not be a news story. The news publicity belongs in the suspension of disbelief thread

What are you talking about?
Allegedly - I bet he isn't
im sure he is. i dont think they would do this twice. i hope not:(
I hope not, too but the way the writing has been recently, one cannot be sure.
Even if he is the biological father, he has still abducted the child.
It is all very, very silly.
Natalie is such a good actress which is so obvious compared with the one playing Fiz.
So? Biological ties don't give you the right to abduct your child.
She dobbed in the dobbs.
Bet he's raging bout it though!

I know!:D
What did she think would happen? Either way looks like all not well for loves young dream. Or perhaps not so young!
