We recently went to Dubrovnik, Croatia, for a holiday. Not far from our apartment was a great little bar & restaurant. Every night, this guy was playing piano there. He played a lot of contemporary songs, in his own bluesy / jazz arrangement. We thought it was great, and we made a point of visiting most nights.
He played one song we can't identify, We know that we know it, we just can't place it. Can you help?

p.s. Dubrovnik is brilliant, beautiful, and well worth a visit. the Old Town was where they filmed Kings Landing for Game of Thrones.
