I'm looking to buy a good but cheap 14 or 15" TV - to go in a bedroom.
I don't mind whether it's a CRT TV or LCD.
I don't really want to spend more than £130.
Can anyone recommend anything? Would an LCD be reliable? I spent £150 on an LCD computer monitor and the bulb went after a year.
I was wondering about this cheap LCD from Tesco - http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.100-8909/btnResultSort.x%3d358/btnResultSort.y%3d368.aspx

Would that LCD be bright enough - 250 cd/m2 brightness.
How about a CRT TV?
That LCD is absolutely fantastic for the money.
That TV looks good value - most 17" LCDs are £200+?
Read the Philips threads, you'll soon change your mind on them
