Unwrapped Christmas Presents on Ebay

There are so many lots like this up for sale on ebay, most claiming to be unwanted gifts from ex partners that are no longer wanted.
Most people (myself included) assume that this is more than likely some kind of scam (why not just open them and sell them?!) but I was curious as to whether anyone has had any experiences with them in the past - good or bad?

I'd not buy out of principle
Oh my someone has bid a £100  and they do not know what is in them mad
*checks*
Yes, it seems they are.
*goes to Poundland*
Well apparently these sellers are psychic and are able to price up the items they are selling whilst claiming they have never been unwrapped.
What a piss take
I think that present is more than likely tube of sweets such as Haribo wrapped up. That's how I wrap them when I gift them to people.
i think the larger one is a massive oxo cube

I love that the seller has added a comment saying they are 'genuine gifts':D
(Am I the only one a bit annoyed that I'll never find out what's in all these gifts?:o)
Surely it should be 'wrapped christmas presents..?' Or am I missing something?
one is a tv remote. can't tell what the other one is though
Blimey, that seller has split her unwanted gift into 3 listings. All have bids on!
Actually only two are theirs, the third is being sold for a friend.
No, i wanna know too!
