It isn't a construction site, it's a massive factory with massive car parks which in bad weather gets very dangerous and slippy from either water or ice.

Think you will need a Saw as well, i've got one you could borrow anyway.
You'll need a shed load of nails, special ones for boats, think they have to be copper.

Unlike me, we are moving on the 24th, when i say moving, we aren't going to the new place as it need a few weeks of work to make it livable, am hoping to stay in a local Travel Lodge or something like that.

Good weather for Ark building i hear, you don't want the wood getting too wet before you build it, it needs to get wet after it's built because that keeps the craft watertight.
In New Brighton the waves and spray are blowing over the sea wall, and they are very high.
Think we leave this house tomorrow but should be able to use the Wifi in the travel Lodge.
