Kinda reminds me of an episode of NCIS that I saw recently...
In it, a sailor was smuggling bags of heroin in his stomach, one of them bursts and he died.
His junkie girlfriend sees the body while they're in the middle of the autopsy and starts trying to lick/snort the drugs from inside the corpse.
I know it's fiction but it was a great bit of "shock-TV".

Not all addicts are criminals though so why should they be punished with community service?
By cleaning pavements with their tongues?
LOL Don't give the Tories any ideas, next thing they'll be spraying all pavements and getting meth heads to lick the floor clean.
