I am at work! - and its 0123 in the morning here!
on night shift - and the ward is settled - patients sleeping soundsly (touch wood, anything can happen in mental health) so why not waste a few hours on the web?!

just pre-ordered Big Bang theory Season 2!

and read an article about a transvertite cage fighter knocking some knobheads out!

You should be using the time to get the ward and medicines trolley/cupboards tidy and making sure all paper work is up to date!
