Thanks to everyone who voted in Round One :)

If you haven't played a Survivor game before and would like to join in it's all very easy. The idea is that, round by round you nominate your least favourite characters for eviction and the ones with the most votes are eliminated from the game.

The game then, is all about what you think of the characters that you can vote for. You should not consider how good the episode or episodes that the characters appear in were, just how much you like or dislike the character in question.

Votes can be posted on this thread or sent to me via PM. If you're going away or are unable to vote for any other reason you can always PM me a list of characters that you'd like to evict in order of preference.

You can also send your votes into the following round automatically. Just type "auto" with your choices & your choices will automatically be carried forward into the following round(s). So, if all of your choices are intact at the end of Round Two they will all automatically be registered for Round Three (& all other subsequent rounds until they are voted out). However, if three are your choices are evicted the remaining three will automatically roll forward into Round Three, leaving you to pick another three characters.

Anyway, on with the results...

Topping the votes this time around with nominations from 50% of you is Adam Mitchell who retains his place at the bottom of the pile compared to last year.

There was a tie in second place with Francine Jones and Maeve both gaining votes from 38.89% of you whilst newcomer Aunt Susan is tied in joint 4th place with Bishop with votes from a third of you.

Unsurprisingly nobody predicted any of those characters in either of the Prediction games! :)

Nobody managed to nominate all five of the evicted characters but well done to Eowyn W who managed to pick four out of five.

The "Play Your Cards Right" Bit

Last time I asked players to predict whether Ursula Blake would achieve a higher or lower position this time around than last year. 9 people decided to dip their toe in the water with the unanimous decision that Ursula would be ranked higher this time around. We'll find out sooner or later whether they were right or not.

For this round I contacted the our lovely Video Queen Muttley76 and asked her to select a character for your deliberations.

She's picked Rose who was ranked in sixth place last year. So (in my best Brucie voice), will she be higher or lower this time around?

Votes / opinions can be posted on the thread.

I'll be contacting someone later on today and asking them to pick the character for the next round.

So, it's time to get on with the game:-

Below you will find 101 characters who have appeared in the New Series.

Please remember that for Sarah Jane Smith, K9 & Captain Jack Harkness you are considering their appearances in the New Series only. You should not judge them on appearances in the Classic Series, Torchwood, K9 & Company or The Sarah Jane Adventures.

You need to select which SIX of the characters listed below you like the least and submit your choices either on this thread or via PM. The five characters with the most votes will be evicted from the game.

Ha ha, better luck next year Adam....:p

    Old votes:

The Hungry Earth / Cold Blood: Nasreen Chaudhry (Meera Syal)
Bad Wolf / The Parting Of The Ways: Rodrick (Paterson Joseph)
The Runaway Bride: Lance Bennett (Don Gilet)
    Mickey Smith (Noel Smith)

    New votes:

The Lazarus Experiment: Lady Thaw (Thelma Barlow) - not keen on the actress, in spite of all her years in corrie i don't think she can act tbh.
The Eleventh Hour: Dr. Ramsden (Nina Wadia) - felt like the severity of the character was over played.

And Rose will be lower this year i think, maybe quite a bit....

I think Rose will be a bit lower, maybe just missing out on a top ten place.

I would love for Rose to go up in rankings, but I fear she will slip... a tiny bit.

I've spotted the deliberate mistake for this round. It is Aunt Sharon played by Susan Vidler not Aunt Susan ;)

    From last time:
The Unquiet Dead: Gabriel Sneed (Alan David)
Bad Wolf / The Parting Of The Ways: Rodrick (Paterson Joseph)
The Lazarus Experiment: Lady Thaw (Thelma Barlow)
    Midnight: Val Cane (Lindsey Coulson)

    New:
Planet of The Dead: Lady Christina De Souza (Michelle Ryan) - too smug but well played by Michelle
The Sound Of Drums: Vivienne Rook (Nichola McAuliffe) - her stand out moment was the long scream which tbh isn't much of a stand out moment

I think Rose will slip down a little. People either seem to love her or hate her. I love her but I think some of the series 5 characters will push her down a few places.

    Thanks RK :)

Rose will, unfortunately, be lower down the list. Time has passed, and some great new characters more recently that deserve to be up there and will push her (and most likely some others) down.

I think Rose might hover around the same place as last time we played. After all she hasn't been shoved in our faces for a whole season, so people might have warmed to her again.

    Left overs:

    Novice Hame (Anna Hope)
New Earth: Matron Casp (Dona Croll)
    42: McDonnall (Michelle Collins)

    New:
The Lazarus Experiment: Lady Thaw (Thelma Barlow)
Not a great episode, not a great character. She was just the token to be killed accomplice of the bad guy of the episode. She played her part but apart from that she was a bit meh.
Bad Wolf / The Parting Of The Ways: Rodrick (Paterson Joseph)
Typical human denying what was happening even when it was smacking him in the face. All he cared about was getting his money.
The Runaway Bride: Lance Bennett (Don Gilet)
Not sure I would have put lance in the companions and notable characters game. To me, seen as he was in league (even though it back fired on him quite badly) with the Empress that that would put him in the enemys and adversaries game. Just my opinion though.
I guess you could say the same for Lady Thaw but she just wanted to be young again and didn't purposefully put anyone in danger.
Either way, the character didn't do it for me really and just shows you how much Donna didn't think much of herself 'pre doctor' to fall for someone like him.

And I think Rose will be lower this time round. Possibly not by much but I think there may be one or two others that will come in above her and push her down a bit.
