I can understand Michael COULD be on one the one hand (:D) besotted with his beautiful, sexy, kickass girl friend, but on the other hand (:D) the btch cut off his damn hand - must be frustrating wanting to hug her and punch her at the same time. Methinks next ep they'll have a heart-to-heart, reach an understanding and he'll return home (maybe THAT'LL be the last scene of the ep)

As for the bio-hand - love all this "they don't dawdle" plot-wise stuff, no seeing them return with Michael+bloody stump, no long surgery scenes with NIkita stood outside in worry mode - they just jump into "3 weeks later" and he's RoboMike. This show rocks :)

I wouldn't be surprised if he goes off half-cocked to capture the black box from Amanda, as it must contain Percy's "rollerdex" with the supplier of the robotic hand. Berkoff did say that was the best they had for now. Amanda is more likely to capture him though, maybe offer him a deal for the knowledge. Can he be bought in his current state of mind?

I really liked the latest episode, the emotional vulnerability that Michael had felt real, and the damage that Nikita had done with taking his hand/fingers (not sure exactly how much she had to cut off). Its added something that can maybe be expanded on at a later point. After the episode where Birkoff created the fancy mask, I do think we will see Michael will be back in Division with a realistic hand... aka... his own. I did like when he came back, and said... take a good look, if your good, I'll let you touch it. Had to laugh at that. Talk about an icebreaker.

So....are we seeing the creation of Percy 2.0 via Ryan?

"Can you have a look at these 4 targets please? Ta."

Yep, that's how it starts. I wonder if were heading for a Ryan/US Government vs Team Nikita showdown.

Also, Michael's "at all costs" attitude in order to restore his hand is....scary.

    Season 4 perhaps. :D

He DID look distinctly manic in the last moments of the ep, and I was so convinced they were both going to be all "we're defn NOT gonna use the super-tech offered by the children-dealing evil peoples cos they're evil children-dealing evil people (which is kinda bad), we're gonna tweak the current hand, as instructed, and learn to live with it".... but OH NO, Michael wants the real thing and ain't nuttin gonna stop him.

Bloody loved this episode, non pay tv veiwers really need to be exposed to Nikita imo. But this episode, in hindsight I should of rearlised that things werent going to be all about the DirtyThirty and just cleaning the place up. The show would of just got stagnant. It nice to see that some kill ops are going to happen. And Ryan is changing, maybe the better Division do at the kill ops, the more D receive, and thus send Ryan on a powertrip like he isnt repared for. Seemed like Percy was born for power. So Percy and Percy 2.0 should be good to watch and see how they each operate/d.

Continuing to Love Birkoff, pure geek hotness. Not sure about Alex's relapse storyline, I kinda missed her when she wasnt there as much. Michael's hand storyline is turning out better then I thought too. Its ticking all the right boxes at the moment. Just a shame about another one week break though :(

while i do love this show i could not keep from looking at nikitas upper lip.for some reason it kept distracting me.i hope maggie q. can get some time off to complete her bottom lip botox treatment soon.that top lip just overshadowed the bottom lip or at least it did to me anyway.

"Let's see how well she made you."

And this show just keeps getting better and better. Nice to see a crack in Amanda's armour as well, with her "Daddy issues."

Nikita's refusal to acknowledge Amanda's role in 'making' her just pisses off Amanda big time. And now Amanda has her hands on Nikita's own 'creation' - Alex.

This just can't end well for Alex. I looking forward to the next episode (I bet Alex isn't :o:p). Amanda even warned Nikita that "your own creation will turn against you."

    Hmmmm.

Agreed... better and better. Nikita is like a TV version of crack, only its good for you. First thing on Saturday morning I needs it (apart from those inevitable breaks!). This should be as big or bigger then Alias, but hey ho.

I super loved the interaction between Nikita and Amanda, it felt natural, like they letting the guard down a little. And when Amanda took Alex... lets just say that my hands were on the side of my face, eyes open wide... me being all like... O M G! The following emoticon was made for that very part of the episode ...

Can not wait for next episode. Not sure what direction the finale will go, with the twist and turns, its hard to know where they are going to go, or what they are going to. Which only makes it even better as time goes. They are keeping it so fresh, really feel that this show has legs.

"You guys really make a great team"

LOL Ryan, open yer eyes man! Nikita and Alex are anything but best friends right now. Add the whole 'kill chip' stuff and the cracks are beginning to form within Team Nikita!

I never expected Amanda's prophecy of conflict between Nikita and Alex to bare fruit so quickly. I know Alex was upset at the loss of the medic (which we didn't actually see get killed - convenient) but.....I wonder if Amanda did some wacky brainwashing job on her, especially when Alex looked at that operating table during her attempt to save the medic - had Alex been on that table before, and she and Division just don't realise yet? :o

This is the best and most consistent show on TV.

Alex was totally stuck in that chair the entire time being brainwashed. I bet she tries to burn division down from the inside.

    ^^ I agree. I can so see this happen...maybe Alex is a
    sleeper agent now?

I just hope this show gets renewed!

You're saying that nurse lady who "got blown up before rescue" was all in her mind ?! .....

I'm :o that that didn't cross my mind at all. :(

And this kinda makes me less icky about the "conflict between Nikita and Alex that left a wide gap between them at the end". It felt so forced and so out of character of Alex. But if Alex is acting this way cos of all that chair probbing then I get it now. :)

BIB, if not imaginary, I was certain the nurse was a plant and the whole 'befriending Alex only to die' was a colossal trick by Amanda to mess up Alex's head. I still think that might be the case.

I hate seeing Nikita and Alex at odds, but I love seeing Alex in tight jumpers like that one she had on at the end of the ep. She is so gorgeous.

^ this series definately kept the Peta Wilson version's love of the "anything you see or hear might be false" plot devices.

That's what I think, or she was the one administering the brainwashing and that's how Alex saw her in her mind.

'Youth'! God bless you for that.

    BIB means 'bit in bold'

Alex had gallons of drugs pumped into her by Amanda, so god knows what else Amanda did to her. Alex's lingering look towards that chair was a touch too long to not be significant, in my opinion anyway. :)

And if there's one thing Amanda specialises at, its mind games and bending people to her will. This is the same person that 'kill-chipped' Sonja into being a mole within Division.

Oh, and I see the Percy-lization of Ryan is gathering pace, he's ordered the party-pack of kill-chips from Amazon and had no problem installing one into Ari, or keeping that fact from everyone but Owen!

As IGN's review would say, there are divisions within Division:

Recently started watching this having resisted for some reason. Not sure why I did. Maybe I thought it to be too similar to Alias, which I loved.

Anyway, I really like it. Only in season 1 at the moment. I like all the main cast and as I am unable to resist spoilers, having a look ahead on the shows Wikia page I am looking forward to some of the stuff still to come.

I am glad I gave it a go.

Ever since you've been back, you've been "I am Alex. Hear me roar."

Oh yeah, there's something not quite right about Alex. If Sean's comments are any indication, Amanda may have 'reset' Alex back to her Season 1 configuration.

Seeing Alex disagree with Nikita about how to deal with Danforth (in Ops no less!) and do a mini-mission behind everyone's back was kinda shocking (and great viewing), and she didn't lack for support, with Birkhoff and Owen agreeing with her point of view.

Division continues to corrupt Team Nikita (and Ryan in particular), who yet again pulls a page from the Percy Playbook - this time, to use the Black Box to blackmail someone! Hey Ryan, the road to hell is paved with good intentions! ;)

And yet, with threats of death and assassination, the show still manages to insert moments of humour :)

    BLOODY HELL!

I suspected that Amanda had fracked with Alex's head, and she was indeed behind the mutiny, but, her shooting Ryan!??

Looks like Amanda has tapped into the part of Alex which cares (then for her fellow sex-slaves, and now for her fellow agents), and has upped that setting a few notches, to the point that shooting the boss is acceptable if it helps to 'save' people.

Watch your back, Nikita! You could be next!

Oh, and the fight scenes (especially the one with the table) were kick ass! :D
