  Anyone who watches Holby City will know that Camila Arfwedson deserves the newcomer award for her portrayal of Zosia but she won't get it because Maddy Hill will win .

  I think Emmer's Ross will win best newcomer not EE's Nancy. She hasn't done anything yet.
