  She does waffle on a lot which can be eye roll worthy, but she does it to personalise the show, add in some theatrics and get the crowd in her hands. Make them wait for it etc.
  
  Plus, it's suspected that Swine is about being sexually abused during her drug spiral and hating herself. Hence why she was being serious/emotional before it.
