From Season 1 on DVD.

Jack has hair! And is actually not as bad-ass in the first season. Spends a lot of his time at CTU instead of fly-kicking terrorists out of the back of tubes.

Also strange watching the show when you know what the twists are and who the moles are etc. I'm keeping a close eye on Nina this time round.

Oh, how I miss David Palmer too. :(

Loved the series but I've never had the desire to rewatch it yet there are some detective shows I do rewatch and there is no mystery there either, go figure:)

I only started watching this show last year.
I've just started season 7 on Bluray and its going ok so far .
I'm enjoying it more than I did Lost .
But I'm not sure that 24 will still be as good and relevant in 20 years as it is today.

It's interesting watching Nina's character back as she literally becomes a bad character overnight.
The actor found out she was the mole not long before it was scripted so Nina was for all intents and purposes a "good" character for the majority of the series

I'm just about to start re-watching it from the beginning. Looking forward to it!
Re Nina, there is a part in season 1 where she is escorting Terri and Kim from a hospital I think and you see her on the telephone to someone saying something along the lines of 'they're just leaving now'. I always wondered if this was a clue indicating she was the mole as it was never made clear who she was speaking to and didn't Kim and Terri run into more trouble after that? I always thought this was a bit strange as you are normally shown the other side of the conversation if it is to someone in CTU...

Just a thought but I haven't seen it in years so I may have completely false memories!!

No I think we're meant to be suspicious of Nina right from the word go. The keycard, leading Kim and Teri away from the safehouse, and messing Jack around that they were safe. Of course having the benefit of knowing her story from Seasons 1 to 3 I knew were the story was leading but she was such a good con artist she even fooled the writers into thinking she was on the level.

I couldn't help but wonder if this was all an act or if she really was trying to save Teri and Kim. Of course from the point of view of the story is and always was the mole but in reality she was only the mole when the writers decided she was. Of course they would have known a bit sooner but as far as Sarah Clarke was concerned, until told otherwise she was a playing a genuine CTU agent with a dodgy past with Jack and even knowing Nina's history in 24 she had me fooled.

I don't think she was known as the mole in the morning episodes, and the stuff about the key card was distraction. Originally only 11 or 12 episodes were commissioned and plotted. I suspect the writers decided she was the mole from around 12am on, and the hospital scenes are included. It's certainly suspicious how she takes Teri and Kim to a "safe house" and they get attacked immediately after she leaves them there.

I'm also rewatching this at the moment, having bought the box set of all the series for under £90, what a bargain!
Have to say, how annoying is the President's son, Keith. If he was my son I'd have shopped him to the police ages ago just to get rid of him!!:p
