  It's been the norm on these shows that some of the acts will be previously established/better off than portrayed/etc and I really don't care anymore. If not for people like Darcy you'd just have a show full of loons.

  Having acts like him on goes against what the show is about which is to find someone with a hidden talent or someone talented that hasn't been given the chance before. What is the point of the show if your just getting professional established acts performing who are already successful

  I agree, it should be about non professionals or amateurs, not people already known or doing the rounds of talent shows. It's losing the plot, Susan Boyle, Diversity, George Sampson and Pudsey etc were all unknowns as well as many more, but more recently its all gone a bit too professional.
