Who's better Richard Bacon or matthew Wright?

On the Wright Stuff. I prefer Richard.

He chooses better topics. All Matthew does is pick a topic he has formed an opinion on. Anyone who disagrees after his rant, he is rude to.

I don't watch the Wright stuff as I can't stand him or some of his panel guests but I prefer Richard Bacon to Tim Lovejoy on Something for the weekend on Sunday morning.

Richard Bacon at least gives people chance to speak......Matthew Wright often lets his own obvious bias get in the way of the debate.

Yes, find Richard Bacon less subjective and actually willing to listen to other peoples opinion. I don't think it would do for MW to be away for too long, the viewing may show a preference for Richard!!

If they change to Richard (and hope so) then the show will be renamed to "The Bacon Stuff" confuse the little old dears wont it?

I can't see him doing the TBS on Five as he would have to lose his radio show.

Bacon is the better presenter for TWS now . The show flows better and I enjoy the lighter parts and the more serious subjects when it's hosted by RB.

Perhaps a entirely new name is in order.

Well as Matthew Wright is reportedly going to do a 7pm topical chat/panel show I hope this will be a new programme and allow Bacon to take over the morning slot. Unfortunately I think they may just move the wright stuff this later slot at 7pm with a slightly different format.

Thats pretty good. I could only come up with Bacon Rules, Bacon in the Morning and Bacon at 9.

I think Richard Bacon is the only stand-in for Matthew Wright who has had his own opening title graphics made for him.
Am I right in believing that?

I think Mathew can be a bit giddy and childish but today I noticed how Richard seems to SHOUT his statements....strange.

    I prefer Richard Bacon too.

    Matthew Wright ruins that programme.

It's definitely better when Bacon is on. Wright is such a tosser and doesn't accept the callers' views.

I came up with 'Breakfast with Bacon'. I think he is better than Matthew. Hes very funny - I love how he always calls the panellists their full names lol 'What do you think Katie Hopkins?' makes me laugh!

What about Richard Bacon with Dominic Littlewood as a regular guest and call the show "Bacon & Eggs"

I like both Bacon and Wright. But Bacon is politer.

How about Bacon presenting the show with Konnie Huq and calling it Bacon and Ex.

I think Richard has proved his worth on numerous occasions when he has 'filled-in' on such as Matthew Wright, Something For The Weekend and This Morning. He deserves first-refusal to replace Wright, Lovejoy, or Schofield should they ever leave I reckon!
