On the 30th April 2012 8 internet companies (well 7 and talktalk) said that they would comply with the courts order that they should block access to The Pirate Bay.
Have any of these actually blocked access? I have noticed that this morning the Pirate Bay website can still be accessed if you use TalkTalk. I suppose that TalkTalk are blocking customers in a way as 99% the service doesn't work.

yes they have
Not in a way that will actually work.
they only block what the court order tells them to block.
Virgin media have blocked it, not sure about any others?
I'm on TalkTalk and they are yet to impose the block. Don't worry though the site can still be accessed by using an alternative Proxy.
As chenks advises. they only block what the court order tells them to block.
At least not on my connection anyway.
Yes, same here on Sky.
Edit: Even a proxy's not working. It's definitely offline.
Yep. Same with o2/BE as well.
but i thought for a minute they'd blocked wb. it's just down.

I read that not long after making my post. Wouldn't surprise me if the industry was behind that.
