Hi Golden Virginia You will be absolutely fine here as we appear to have no moderation at the moment.
Gaga was for the ex posters of the channel four site wasn't it?
You might know Hicky, i'm pretty sure he posts there too.

Hello all
my neighbour has the same sort of size garden as me....it sorts of tilts to-wards our house
(its hilly round here) mine is green ...but rang her to-day we live next door for christs sake
usually I tap on her window with a stick.......what a joy her garden is....red currant bushes
spring flowers...even tho' we live next door her garden gives me so much pleasure..
its also a haven for wildlife as is mine...hope all is well......loving the weather
Our next door but one neighbours had a really lovely overgrown garden fill of birds. It reminded me of "The secret garden" but when they moved away the new people had it all chopped down and turned into a back yard. It baffled me. Still, we have lots of the exiled birds, which is nice.
I'm constantly amazed at the ineptitude of medics - although I accept that the majority of them are highly trained and good at what they do. If someone had told me what they told you I'd probably have a had a stoke on the spot. Maybe the A&E docs are more familiar with the process than the specialists???
You've just reminded me that I forgot to watch! I loathe Tom Jones which could be a tad annoying, but I quite fancy the format - must find it and catch up.
I tend to agree - 'use it or lose it' applies to us all, more so the older you get.
Watching David Walliams and John Bishop push on through their pain barriers was inspirational for me. I realise that they're both relatively young men, but even so, it gives you something to think about.
Them two and Helen Skelton going to South pole were the best bits by a mile. The proper documentaries on the three were on earlier in the day.

.
John Bishop's was on earlier in the week - forget which night and I saw the other 2 as well. They all made a big impression on me, I've kept them on Sky+ to show the kids (I think the boys saw it but my daughter can watch when she's home)
Morning all:D
Ugh, knackered, lousy sleep last night, weird dreams involving sawing off my own toes:eek: and sitting exams....anxiety dreams much:rolleyes::D - when alarm went off I was so sure it was the middle of the night i checked the time on three different things.....not the best start to the week:rolleyes:
On my second coffee, still feeling steam-rollered:(
Show off:p I've re-potted some plants, tidied a bit but I haven't done any little weeds, I'll wait til lthey get bigger and the ground is softer!
Evening everyone Had very productive day both inside and outside in the garden. Also took the dogs for quite a long walk, almost fell into a stream, over balanced slightly which OH found hilarious - I twisted my ankle so wasn't seeing the funny side.
Very excited now, my daughter will be here on Saturday:

Hiya, welcome to Lurkers.
It's maybe not a good idea to go on about other forums on here, not particularly polite is it?

All sounds very good, think our temperature yesterday just about managed to struggle up to 14c
