To be fair the character is funny, just not in isolation, it's best used as an antagonistic personality against a straight man to balance the act.

When you get a satellite link up with Keith Lemon in Los Angeles you know that something has gone terribly wrong with the world.

Nina Conti is not Australian, she's Tom Conti, the famous British actor's daughter.

Shari Lewis who used Lamb Chomp has been dead for 15 years sadly.

I'm packing this in, the ad hijacks aren't even that good this year compared to the first two years they ran this Gala and they looked seamless.

Russell Brand, embarrassingly awful. Did anyone find him even remotely funny, or am I just getting very old?

Not my cup of tea either. Too narcissistic.

Got half way through my recording of it so far.

Why must most of them have to swear to try to be funny? Its not funny at all & I haven't laughed at any of them.

At least Jo Brand told some funny jokes without having to resort to swearing.

And that Lee Evans! I still can't get into his "humour". Why does he always sweat so much? And he had only just come on! He just reminds me of Norman Wisdom all the time but not as funny!

Something tells me it wasnt a satellite link up. Im pretty sure he wasnt in LA. I dont even think it was a real dressing room. The power of suggestion...

Paul Choudrey and Jack Dee made me laugh more than anyone else.

Russell Brands time is over - he just isn't funny anymore. Well he wasn't tonight!

Will be interested to see that. He hasn't been funny in about five years since his first appearances on The Comedy Store.
He was living off that routine for ages.

The Last Leg is one of the best shows Channel 4 has made in recent times. It makes 10 O Clock Live look like the work of hyperactive toddlers. I cannot wait for it to return to our screens.
