Earlier on I tried pot noodles sandwiches, and its actually really nice. And when I was younger, I use to eat pasta with gravy as it was nice.
What foods have you tried that dont sound nice, but taste nice?

Granted, I was pissed but still
Make yourself a couple of lovely slices of cheese on toast.
When it's done, spread on a little peanut butter and pop back under the grill to just warm the peanut butter.
Delicious.
There is really no reason they shouldn't go together, but every person who has seen me eat it or heard me talk about it thinks the whole concept is revolting.
Banana sandwiches with cheese and onion crisps (walkers).
Toast with black pudding on it, with baked beans on top.
A slice of fruit cake with a slice of cheese on top.
I once tried chocolate-covered bacon slices. I'd not have it again, but it wasn't that bad.
Does it matter?
yes, whats the point of having the other forums then?

For me it would be oxtail and chicken soup mixed - very nice.
Ham & Pineapple.
Was there once ham & pineapple flavour crisps or did I dream that?
There's always one.....sigh.
I sometimes have a pot noodle in morning rolls. Bloody lovely. I also used to love combining milk chocolate with cheese and onion crisps, but they have to be Golden Wonder :kitty:
In ireland they sold cheese and onion chocolate bars (with crisps in them, not actual cheese and onions that would be weird ). I never had one (as cheese and onion crisps make me retch). Made by tayto
This thread was deliberately put in GD I suspect for the attention seeking value, even though it is obvious it doesn't belong here. It is not like it's easy to miss the 'Food and Drink' forum.

Anyway, apparently Mars bars deep fried in batter work well.
Personally, I think quite a few of food combinations listed in the thread would work anyway.
