With the uproar about the colour scheme from Apple having customisable themes and colours on this OS means many users will be keen to convert over.
Who would have thought Android would attract whilst standing still?
The market expected something great from Apple but even developers seem to dislike it? Thoughts?

Yeah I couldn't agree more.
linkinpark875 we get it, you don't like iOS7 so could you please talk about something else now please.:yawn:
I reckon more than a few people on this forum are earning a bit of extra cash ;););)
You are a pain and should leave the discussion to people who can discuss.
I used to hate iOS now I am just indifferent. Using a 4S yesterday was very strange with that tiny screen.
People flick/swap/change between things all the time. I Switched from Android to iOS this year, yeah i might not be able to customise it as much, but i can do what i need, and things hardly crash in comparison, much better experience.
I think people who would normally have bought feature phones are getting bottom end android phones, but not really using any smart features, just using it as a phone, and thats why its numbers are growing so fast. As Tim Cook said, where are these android devices? They are not showing up as much as you would think in web traffic when compared to amount of devices sold, and internet sales done on iphones/ipads is double that of android even though there is less of them.
The S4 is Samsung's flagship, not androids. Android's flagship is the nexus 4. But otherwise I agree Apple are doing fine.
The S4 is too big in my opinion. I think Samsung need a major redesign as I don't like the curved shape phone. A few years ago they released a Pixon 12 as a flasgship handset which looked fantastic.
I'd consider Samsung if the screen was smaller and the build quality improved.
The Nexus 4 is Google's flagship, not Android's. Samsung, HTC, Sony and LG all have flagship Android handsets of their own. There is no one "poster" device in the ecosystem imo. Samsung may have a hold over Android, but the Galaxy S4 still has competition which is the beauty of the ecosystem.
hhhmmm - that's splitting hairs.
That's like saying the Microsoft Surface is Microsofts flagship, not Windows's
But it's strange how he's gone from being an Apple lover/Android Hater to an Android lover/Apple Hater just because of a few small changes.
IOS7 is a large change not small.
No it's not. Besides the Surface, there isn't really a "flagship" Windows tablet.
Google make develop Android and develop and get LG to make LG - so not sure I see how the Nexus 4 is not the flagship Android device.
Some more perspective...
Having been using iOS7, although some of the icons could be better, the apps themselves are looking really good.
When it comes to Apple, there's nothing like a complete over reaction by the internet on one thing, whilst ignoring the bigger picture.
So what? What is your point?
Your post doesn't make sense. But as I said previously, Google's flagship is the Nexus 4. The Nexus 4 is not the only Android flagship as Google also authorise Samsung, LG, HTC, Sony etc to use Google services on their builds of Android. Their most powerful devices are also flagship Android devices as a result. There is no one device that is fully representative of Android. The Nexus 4 is just Google's vision for Android.
I think the OP described the S4 as the flagship offering simply because it is the most popular and talked about one.
I never disputed that at all. On the contrary in fact. My point is that there is more than one flagship for the Android platform.
I think the like of Samsung and HTC market the devices more than the operating system. They put an awful lot of their own stuff on that you could say they are devices that are powered by Android.
I agree that the nexus series are The flagship Android devices, and I have a Nexus 4 phone as I know it's the pure Android experience I get.
Also I know it will always be the first to get any OS updates
I would disagree - the Nexus devices are the flagship Android devices.
Samsung/HTC/Sony etc makes phones which use Android as their base and then they stick what they like on top.
