There is Newswatch but that only covers news obviously. In the nineties there was a show called biteback on which people criticised BBC programmes and spoke directly to executives but that finished years ago.
I think I remember Bite Back. Was it a daily morning show on BBC1? That was good from what I can recall.

That is never going to happen. Yet again we are told to stick our views up our backsides >:(
How many years have people been complaining about the sound? It was even covered on BBC Breakfast the other day.
I note they never came back about the Peaky Blinders complaint. Well that is no surprise. If the BBC cannot explain it they ignore it >:(

You bet it did. I thought it was supposed to be OUR POV not those of vested interests. The whole programme needs to be put out of its misery and the viewers shown something worthy of a 10 minutes slot...... maybe Tom and Jerry or the potters wheel.

Biteback was monthly, on Sunday afternoon. I think you're thinking of Open Air.
Ah yes, you're right, it is Open Air I'm thinking about.
But I'm sure he'll be back next week to tell some more.

They should use the same technology that can remove voice tracks from music so that you can use them for Karaoke songs.

Do you not think that, if it were really that simple, they'd've sorted it by now?
Didnt that have Richard Jobson formerly of The Skids as a reporter?
So we have now confirmed that the BBC has always had more than one "viewers comments" shows.
ITV and Channel 4 are both PSBs so where are their similar shows?
Many live football games on BBC have the option of no commentary via the red button
