Why can't i pull in Hotbird 13d east ?

This seems a strange one.........

Looking for JSC SPORT 1 and 2 HD on 13d - but can't seem to locate them.

All other 13 east channels seem ok..........

Using spiderbox 9000 with a 1m motorised dish in Oldham.

Am I out of footprint - I get all other jsc channels fine......

    are you using the correct frequency, i have spider as well and i was able to get them here in ireland. they may have stopped as well, until footie comes back.

    when i do a scan of the whole of 13e it never seems to find them, yet if i feed all the info into a transponder scan it does find them. i have this problem with a few channels on different satellites.

    I have this sometimes, manually enter the frequency and you'll get them for sure.
