Err no The British Bulldog would be much more suitable than that Rottweiler, however having said that, we have had a Pit Bull on our currency for years. I am just glad that other parasite Charles isn't king, as there wouldn't be enough room on any of our currency for his ears.
It's good to see Sir Winston Churchill honoured like this. In the background of the new £5 note, to the left of Churchill's portrait, the clock at Westminster reads 3pm.
This is roughly the time on May 13th 1940 when Churchill said "I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat."
Churchill gave many memorable speeches.
"...We shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills, we shall never surrender..."
From the success of The Battle of Britain Churchill said "Never In the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few." I can't imagine any other Prime Minister being chosen as worthy enough to be on a bank note.

True, however he only 'tells like it is' where he is... which is not actually on this planet.
As chinchin said, why not Clement Attlee?
