    If 'racism' is defined as actions, practices , beliefs, or social or political systems that consider different races to be ranked as inherently superior or inferior to each other, ... I consider it rather difficult to imagine that anyone can be racist to someone of the same race, as there is clearly no implication of superior racial quality involved.

    Racism certainly does exist between those of the same race, it exists between black people and between Asian people and the caste system which is very discriminatory
