Supplementary Declaration Acceptance Advice

Wonder if anyone can help!

I received a Supplementary Declaration Acceptance Advice from Fed Ex for a shipment I received last Friday. On the paperwork it says "Licence Valve: 25.28". Now is this something I pay? There is nothing on the form to say where I should send a payment!

Anyone know what this is about?

    I was intrigued by this and attempted some research. Take a look at this link and read the long post by dij dated July 14 2000 06:08 AM about halfway down. :confused:

    Thank you for that, it's very interesting! There is nowhere on the "Advice" as who you pay or where to send any payment! I have emailed FedEx so it will be interesting to hear their reply which I will post here as and when it comes!
