I've got rid of a burn scar recently with pure cold pressed castor oil, which works by breaking down scar tissue so new cells and grow.

It only costs 1.99 a bottle on Amazon and lasts months.

I'd burned myself on the oven and it took off a few layers of skin now there isn't even a mark and new skin has grown.

I use the castor oil on my face too and the skin around my eyes has strengthened and old acne scars are breaking down and changed.

Skin changing takes a little time as it's low priority for the body to remove scar tissue but if you apply something consistently it will work.

I personally don't believe you need to spend that much on a product to get results, the skin on the body responds very fast to natural pure products like castor oil, coconut oil, aloe etc but if there are good reviews then go for whatever you feel drawn too!

In this instance, I'd suggest going to your GP and getting a referral to a consultant dermatologist and the consultant might be able to recommend a treatment, or treatment combination, that could help to lessen the impact of this scarring.

By all means try that scar coating treatment but if there's no visible improvement then I'd recommend taking the route above. In any event, I hope things improve for you. :)
