I ordered a rice cooker from Korea some months back. Cooker cost 119, and was delivered fine. 2 weeks later I got a letter from customs with a bill for 35, that I could pay via credit card using my phone. If I were you, I would expect something similar. Don't think that just because it's delivered without a demand for money that you got away with it.
