Two customers have reported subtitles appearing after using live pause on a Foxsat. Anybody know how to get rid of them?

    Pressing exit twice will get rid if it happens. Permanent cure for any affected channel, tune to it and turn on subtitles and then turn them off again (this doesn't work for channels moved using customised channels).
