I am very much enjoying the "Scotland Season" on BBC 4 and I am sure they are more wonderful "goodies" yet to come, but am I the only one who thinks that these are the type of programmes that STV should be making/showing when they claim that they want to make programmes with a "Scottish theme" when they opted out of the main ITV channels, what a wasted opportunity for stv.

ps Bye the way this is my first post, so be nice to me:cry:

    Excellent series of programmes.

Those who prefer their Scottish history wrapped in romantic tosh wouldnt have liked the superb Culloden/Jacobite documentary. Should be compulsary viewing for all Scots.

STV don't give actually give a damn about "Scottish relevance" because their axing of English drama is all about cost and nothing else.

Check out the "Not Scotland" thread in the Broadcasting section. It's interesting reading.
