I would like some feedback from employees or ex employees of Anchor.
Are they a good employer? What's the training like? Carers, managers, office staff, anyone......
I have been offered a manager job with them and I am hesitating from accepting it but they are a large well known care provider and half of me says take it for additional experience but the other half says wait and see what other jobs I get offered?
