  They only thing Vodafone and O2 have on their web pages are its coming soon and it may cost you more for a 4G tariff.

  Do they not have a website showing where they are updating next and how soon an area can see improvements being made. It all seems very quiet by them at times - just a decent 3G network would be a real improvement
