Buying a laptop from ebay?

I have seen a laptop i want but it is on ebay, the seller is called laptopoutletdirect and has a 99.9 positive feedback, i am always quite worried about buying electrical stuff from ebay, but i have seen this laptop for £100.00 more,on other websites, has anybody had any dealings with this company.

Maybe the ebay sale is one of them. Looks a nice unit..

They are an authorised Toshiba Reseller & it isn't clear whether this is a new or refurbished unit unless I've missed it.
As you are paying via PayPal and he is a registered business there is nothing to worry about.
The seller has described it as:

Looks like a bargain
A lot of "new" computers on eBay (in my experience) are "new" because they were sold by the factory as "seconds" (perhaps because the screen had too many dead pixels or because some component failed the QC procedure) and then somebody replaced the faulty parts to create a fully-functional machine.
Must say, given the way Paypal and eBay protect buyers, I'd be tempted to just go for it.

I just can't bring myself to pay out so much money for somethng electrical on ebay, at least i know if theres any issues with it i can take it back with no hassle.
