The Bling Ring. Absolutely terrible. Emma Watson was better than I expected, but that's about it. The long periods of absolutely nothing happening on camera must have set some kind of new movie record.

    Carry On Spying - 6/10

Not one of the best in the series but still has some laugh out loud moments

It struck me as though it was written by someone who was trying emulate Philip K Dick, but couldn't get it right.

Just watched Rocky III on 5USA, who bewilderingly decided to cut the movie intrusively.

All the big punches were edited from the film. Even the Rocky vs Hulk Hogan sequence was hacked

Let me ask Channel 5. If people would be offended by seeing punches....why are they watching a movie about BOXING???

World War Z 5/10 - Disappointing for such a big movie. Or maybe that was the problem as they tried to make it too generic to appeal to the widest number of people?

Although we all know Brad Pitt can act, I thought he was terrible in it too!

I also felt it was another 'America saves the day because everyone else is too stupid/not good enough' which irritates me no end anyway.

I get where you're coming from ... but other countries ARE free to make their own movies about how they saved the world from an enemy unbeatable by everyone else. :)

    Flightplan [2005]. Director: Robert Schwentke

    6/10

Improbably plotted thriller on a plane.

    Star Trek Into Darkness.

A entertaining action film with no plot. Benedict Cumberbatch was suitably menacing in it.

    Good point zwixxx.

But Americans are very good at making movies and Hollywood tends to have more money than the film industries in other countries. Hence their movies get shown all around the world.

Maybe if I watched Bollywood movies, I would watch people from the Indian sub-continent saving the world instead :D

    The Lone Ranger (2013)

Pain & Gain (2013) - Was it even appropriate to make this movie.

From Dusk Till Dawn - 7/10 Don't know if the zombie part 2 was really necessary but it sustained a good level
Insiduous - 5/10 Disappointing, heard it was quite scary, especially the first half, didn't feel that at all
You're Next - 3/10 Awful film; dumb characters, stupid plot, unbelievable villians and shite acting for the most part
