A lot of sites have odd attitudes and policies. Take Huffington Post - its front page and editorial staff indicate they are against Page 3 and lads' mags, but their entertainment section regularly shows nipple slips while at the same time they blur out Gaga's chest when she prances around a garden. Off topic rant over.
And you can post beheading pics on Facebook, but you can't post breastfeeding pics (not that anyone feeds from my breast)

I get banned for making a tongue in cheek dirty joke yet it's perfectly fine to have a 130 page thread posting URLs to pictures of topless women. Some of which are image hosting sites with banners and adverts featuring hardcore porn.
Makes sense.
Because your joke was probably nasty and or sexist
Because your joke was probably nasty and or sexist
It was neither. Pretty tame actually.
It was still deemed unsuitable though even though the users browsing this thread are just one click away from picrures and gifs of close up anal sex and ejaculating on people's faces.
Probably because, DS are not responsible for content linked to on this site they are responsible for the content of these forums they host and your post most-likely broke the T&Cs you agreed to abide by when you signed-up.
That said, a case could be made for contravening Section 20.2(v). You should perhaps use the 'alert' button on relevant posts as that's what it's there for

That's absolutely right.
Also, if DS were gonna get involved when people post links to filth they'd have to ban anyone who ever links to a Mail article.
Yeah, the thread does swing between posters who have spotted a celeb in a tight jumper or cleavage revealing top in a current show or want to reminisce about those they remember from their "youth" and poster that post multiple topless or naked pics of people might have been on TV.
I'd say the former is in the spirit of how this thread started - but hey, what can you do if posters want to add any old link that catches their eye.
Most of the above were well known film actresses in the Russ Meyer films and the others have also been on TV so they are all legitimate for this forum
I would say they follow the letter of the law but not the spirit of the law.
For many "on TV" would mean "regularly on our screens" or "just seen on TV now or in the past week or so" rather than "was in a film that was shown once in 1993 on late night Channel 5" or "is a regular glamour model who once appeared as a talking head in a documentary on the E! channel".
Actually Nellski, I think you have perhaps veered the thread a little away from what it was intended for. Many of your links are pretty tenuous to say the least.
Perhaps hang back a bit and only post stuff that's a bit more relevant to current or recent TV.
..
Plus you might want to gather a bunch of links together and put them in one post instead of repeatedly single-posting, it comes across like spamming. And add a NSFW warning if your links show nudity.

That's two reasons to watch then
Any other tasty celebs ....

Truly baffling.

I knew this was coming after yesterday's thread about her.
I always thought she had nice boobs.
Yeah I read the thread. Never expected to see her in a photo like that when I saw her on Cbeebies tho
I always presumed that the Beeb scoured the applicants backgrounds for any dodgy pix or movies before they hired them

Even though bras have been around, one way or another, for considerably longer than 100 years as far as I'm concerned.

Which is general etiquette for such things.
