Yes I binged on crisps and KFC But i've eaten nothing but what I can only describe as fruit and rabbit food all week as I decided to eat healthily.. but today I thought sod it and pigged out
Chicken sandwich with mayo and cucumber on wholewheat bread(2 slices)
some strawberries
grazed on some green stuff i.e. lettuce, spinach, water cress while I was raking in the fridge for something "nice"
about 5 cups of tea.
Today 20/05
I haven't felt hungry so haven't eaten anything except;
- 2 slices of lemon.
- Spoonful of Aubergine pate I was making to check that it tasted nice.
- Water.
I had nothing for breakfast, a bacon roll for lunch, then 2 doghnuts, and a dr pepper and tonight I will have 2 breaded chicken fillets, coleslaw,and new potato and egg salad.
For brunch I had tomato and turmeric omelette with pork and coriander patties.
For dinner I had fillet steak with broccoli and asparagus and bearnaise sauce. I also had a handful of almonds as a snack.

(don't normally have a cooked breakfast but were staying overnight at a Travellodge, and the Toby inn next door were serving breakfast)

-Half a kinder egg milkshake
- 2 smallish roast portabella mushroom dressed with basil and parsley, garlic, olive oil + lemon. 1 pitta bread. 75 gram edame and pulses, 1/5 cucumber , 1 big tablespoon of goats yoghurt, 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds.
-Limeade (1 lime + lots of sugar)
Today...I've just had water + lemon so far...but I tendto just eat in the evening.

Supper; A Pop Tart and a Cuppa.
My Breakfast and Supper has been pretty much the same for a bit now, I'm planning on having a healthier Dinner tommorrow.
