My wife has been trying access her account / view bills etc, but keeps getting error messages:-
"Sorry, the system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."
She has been trying for 4-5 days without any joy.
She is NOT a happy bunny.
And I'm feeling the full force of this......

But seriously, there has been major problems with the EE website and the App this week .
Big changes to pricing and information available has been hit and miss .
I would suggest ringing 150 for an accurate snapshot of the account .
Then next week have another go with the app after reinstalling it
Can they not post out a paper copy if you phone and insist!!?? ( this is what I planned to do!)
Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection.
So having problem this end
Orange use to be the same always errors or down wonder if EE as took there website
I think you will find its were EE are linking T-Mobile and Orange together on the EE website because you can't go to T-Mobile and log-in no more it takes you straight to EE
You can go to Orange at the moment but it won't be long before its taken down.
It isn't that exactly which has caused their Billing to crash - but it is quite possibly due to some attempt to run on more common backend systems!
Yes but there is no more T-Mobile website its gone now if you try going to it you will be redirected to EE that's only happened in the last few days
Orange still have there website but if you want to Log-in it takes you to EE
So Orange will be the next to go permanently.
As others have pointed out - the Orange UK website has a news/entertainment portal and targeted advertising on it. That's the reason that it is still there.
Shoddy
My bills rarely show now and whenever I attempt to login I get a security certificate error (that's if it loads at all).
If this is what the front end looks like I'd hate to see the mess on the back end.
I can't see any mention of targeted advertising on Orange website on this thread apart form what you said.
Click on the little 'adchoices' link on the adverts - they are targeted.
I believe they are charging customers £3 to send them a copy of their bills!
I've given them my number to contact me, but they refuse to call me saying we only deal with these issues online!!!
DONT THINK SO! Bottom line, you still cant access your bills!
