This is a good list. Not my faves from each series but definitely memorable characters.
BB6 - Makosi.. I don't think this even needs an explanation
BB7 - Nikki (although there were a few options!) purely for the "who is she?!" rants and tantrums
BB8 - Charley.. couldn't really think of anyone for this series and remember her being involved in a lot of arguments and therefore decided she was the most entertaining
BB9 - Rex.. love the man. Came out with some funny one liners, wasn't afraid to say what he thought, one of my top 3 HMs of all time I'd say
BB10 - ??? Genuinely can't remember anyone worth mentioning, didn't enjoy this series at all
BB11 - Ben for me (comedy gold and was in love with his accent
BB12 - Probably Aaron although I wasn't fussed on anyone this series, the last few weeks were exceptionally dull imo
BB13 - Lydia.. I really liked her for some reason, I loved her weird relationship with Deana where she just kept nominating her because she couldn't let go of the fact that Deana had nominated her when she first met her. It's not often that I like delusional HMs but with Lydia I found this was what made me like her more oddly enough
BB14 - Dexter.. he's been my favourite since day 1, everything he does makes me laugh. I don't really care about his game plan/whether he's genuine towards HMs or not, I just love him

BB7 - Aisleyne (My favourite houesmate of all time)
BB8 - Samanda (Really sweet and funny)
BB9 - Rachel (Really nice girl, and the only winner which was a bit of a shock)
BB10 - Bea (Although I couldn`t stand her
BB11 - Corin (I love her, and would have been a far better winner than Josie)
BB12 - Aaron (Made the series for me, along with Faye)
BB13 - Lauren (Quite boring, but a really nice girl, and I will always remember her)
BB14 - Gina (She has owned this series, and has made TV gold. One of my favourite housemates ever)

CBB8 - Jedward. They were strange but very entertaining. They made the series and we will never see housemates like them again because they're too unique.
BB12 - Aaron. It has to be. There's nobody else. Classic game player and went out to boos.
CBB9 - This was a classic series in itself so it's hard to chose but I think I'm gonna have to go for K&K (the playboy twins) for creating what was one of the greatest CBB episodes ever - 'pantsgate'
BB13 - One word. Caroline. Enough said.
CBB10 - Julie Goodyear. OMG what a brilliant housemate! Love her or hate her, it's not often we get to see a 70+ year old woman on BB who isn't afraid to be so blunt. Then there was the banana...
CBB11 - Speidi. I don't even need to elaborate.
BB14 - I'm not sure about this and I don't know if I can say until the series is over but it has to be Gina or Dexter!
2 = Brian = he was a good HM back then
3 = Spencer = I remember being extremely p!ssed when he was evicted
4 = Ray = In a more livelier house he would've been great, however he was in there was some dullards.
5 = Nadia = Again she was amazing back in the day
6 = Derek (Makosi, Science) = All 3 amazing HMs, shame Science and Derek were evicted
7 = Aisleyne = Brilliant HM
8 = Lesley = Amazing, quick witted and brilliant one liners - bloody Seany for making her want to leave!
9 = Rex = Antihero type of HM, but entertaining none the less
10 = Norin = Amazing HM and played a blinder inside the house
11 = Sam = Robbed of a victory due to a stupid quad eviction in order to eliminated Josie's competition.
12 = Harry = Screwed over because Jem walked, but such an excellent HM
13 = Deana = in terms of Character (Arron in terms of Look
14 = Gina = Queen G FTW! Biggest turnaround from hated to loved in such a short space of time
CBB1 = Vanessa Feltz = She Went MAD!
CBB2 = Sue Perkins = Again I remember being annoyed she was up against Mark as she had no chance.
CBB3 = John McCririk = Amazingly grotesque HM
CBB4 = Pete Burns = Difficult one, but his acid wit made some parts of Series 4
CBB5 = Dirk Benedict = Bit of an antihero type HM again, but cool guy
CBB6 = Ulrika Jonsson = Mainly as she hated the experience, was up every single eviction, survived them and then won it out of nowhere
CBB7 = Sisqo = He went up against Vinnie, however sadly he was kicked out over Ivana
CBB8 = Jedward = Shocking they didn't win and Katona and Docherty were the final 2!
CBB9 = Nicola McClean = Not always nice, but vote to save was made to keep characters like her in!
CBB10 = Julie Goodyear = Not actually my favourite; but the things she came out with were hilarious. She was completely deluded, but she was very good value.
CBB11 = None = Speidi ruined this series and made it unwatchable therefore I have no favourite
2. Brian - Huge all-round popular
3. Jade - The original BB celebrity.
4. Tickle - The first to re-enter BB
5. Nadia - Trans winner, broke barriers
6. Makosi - Best BB gameplayer, ever.
7. Nikki - Tantrums of legend.
8. STFU Carole - On here she is as feared as the clap.
9. Rex - deliciously evil.
10. Marcus - Irrepressible Dark Horse
11. Sunshine/Ben/Sam - All brilliant housemates, left too soon/didn't get far enough.
12. Aaron - apparently (i hated BB12)
13. Deana - Overcame targetted sexual and racial bullying to finish as last woman standing.
14. Gina - Despite the boobs/hair and presumed wealth she has been brilliant. Gina has been OTT and caused many a friction on this forum... basically an amazing housemate.
BB4 Jon - just different!
BB5 Nadia - guts and dtermination
BB6 - sorry - didn't like anyone
BB7 Glyn- entertaining throughout -closely followed by Nikki
BB8 Samanda - funny and nothing to dislike
BB9 Rachel - for being able to deal with my second classic hm - Rex

BB11 John James - bolshy, emotional, but also funny and generous. Some other contenders in this one - Sam, Dave and Ben
BB12 Aaron - played the game so well
BB13 Lauren/Luke A - a tie
BB14 Gina is a one-off - but also like Sam and was sorry to see Dan go - jury still out!

8. Samanda - so refreshing, brought more positivity than any other housemates
9. Rex - funny, controversial and pretty unusual
10. Sophie - the most unlikely winner and one of the best
11. Shabby - wore her heart on her sleeve and brought so much to the house in a short space of time
12. Aaron - managed to win the show despite massive boos, probably the ultimate forum backed winner
13. Caroline - a classic villain
14. Dexter - changed my mind on whether I like him about 100 times, sign of a good housemate

BB2: Brian - The first gay winner and hugely entertaining. Everyone inside and outside of the house liked him.
BB3: Jade Goody - Many classic moments from her in that series. Think Big Brother and you think of Jade Goody.
BB4: Jon - Had his one liners and I guess he was the only one who stood out from that year.
BB5: Victor - Notorious gameplayer and diary room legend
BB6: I didn't watch it but maybe Makosi from what I've heard
BB7: Nikki - Her diary room rants and tantrums were brilliant. The fact she won a National Television Award proves she was a brilliant housmeate.
BB8: Charley - She was to arguments what Nikki was to tantrums. Could probably argue with herself if left alone for too long.
BB9: Rex - Brilliant villain. A b*****d but a likeable one. Part of B Block. Had a lot of good/bad qualities which made him the perfect housemate.
BB10: Freddie or Marcus - Freddie was the likeable toff and had some classic moments. He was treated very unfairly in there so he kind of became the hero of that series. Marcus was David Brent. His lack of any amount of self-awareness made for some very funny and also some very cringey moments (Noirin).
BB11: Ben - Probably the most unintentionally funny housemate ever
BB12: Aaron - In a series filled with young and not very interesting people he stood out as the best/only character.
BB13: I'm struggling here...
BB14: Dexter - The 'rich playboy' seems to be just a fabrication he created but he sits along with Gina as one of the two best characters this series (I would have said Sallie if she wasn't evicted week 1)

BB4 - Can only remember one housemate from this series the winner:yawn:
