Uxbridge turned off at the request of the MoD

Hungry Hill turned on for those East of Aldershot in Surrey.

Odiham turned on for those in Odiham and the surrounding parts of Hampshire.

Was Uxbridge one of the low power repeaters installed for the BT/Virgin mobile TV system?

Norn Iron doesn't have any Digital one transmitters. No prospect of getting One in the the near future either. :(

Not until the Republic of Ireland finished VHF TV anyway...

Which is an absolute pain in the ass.

Ofcom and Comreg should have had this situation sorted. It's been gooing on for years. We can't even get absolute on DAB in the province.

There was limited clearance for ch4 radio in NI, this is now likely to go to expanding MXR into a national D2 under Ofcom's "Radio: the implications of Digital Britain for localness regulation" consulataion which is waiting for a final announcement!
Presumably talks are continuing for D1, but Absolute seems to have decided to cover NI on Freeview and web rather than going on a local mux, as Talksport and Classic FM did, the last local mux space (mono) was taken by UCB!
