What to do with roast garlic?

I roasted a chicken with a garlic bulb inside it tonight and ended up with a nice bulb of roasted garlic. I've previously used roasted garlic mashed up in salad dressings and in gravies but I wondered what else I could do with it.
It's wrapped in foil in the fridge now and I was wondering what I could make for dinner tomorrow that made use of it (other than the aforementioned dressing or gravy).
Can you suggest something please?

You could just spread it on toast.
I like the aioli idea. I probably wouldn't bother making mayonnaise, just mash it up, mix with Hellmans and season maybe with a bit of lemon juice. Thanks!
If there's not, use it in a pasta sauce anyway.
There's also a middle eastern version which uses mashed potatoes as a thickener.
Another time, if you have time/the inclination to make the aioli from scratch, use cold pressed rapeseed oil. It gives it the most fantastic rich yellow colour.
